Refunds and Exchanges Policy

This section will cover how our organization handles refunds and exchanges of our merchandise. Please read this section carefully to avoid any issues when ordering through our shop.

Our Merchandise:

Most of the merchandise we sell is donated by individuals and businesses, whether it is slightly used items or new packaged items. Due to the fact that we are a non-profit and not a large retailer, we simply cannot guarantee the availability, quality, selection, and quantity of these items. Therefore, making it sometimes difficult to offer refunds and exchanges. We will do our best to make sure you are aware of this per each item we sell. Some items will be available for backorder while others may not, again this will be noted on the item description page. Always make sure to view item descriptions carefully to avoid any purchasing issues.

Refunds:

Refunds are allowed on most items. Operation Paw Time, Inc will reserve the right to offer refunds on select merchandise on a case by case basis. If an item does not offer any refund this will be noted on the item description page.

If the item is refundable you may receive a full refund (of the item only) for the following reasons below:

Damaged/Broken item: must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item, give full detail and send a photo of the damaged/broken item. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason.

In instances where you receive a damaged package due to shipping and the item is broken/damaged, please contact the carrier, we do not replace or refund items damaged/broken due to shipping issues.

Exchanges:

While we understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary such as an item does not fit or if we made an error and sent the wrong product, we cannot guarantee or always offer exchanges on merchandise due to the low availability of merchandise that is donated to us. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges but on a case by case basis. Therefore, it is important that you carefully read item descriptions and check over your order before finalizing your purchase to avoid issues. We do not refund shipping expense for any reasons.

Shipping:

While we do not offer a refund or pay shipping cost on exchanges we will make an exception for the following only:

A mistake was made on our part, for example, we send the wrong merchandise, size, color, etc.

If this happens, we will not refund shipping cost but will cover the cost to ship the right item back to you if and when the item is available.
