About Our Organization
Our organization is a registered 501 (c)3 non-profit. We are also an incorporated organization with the NC Department of State. However, we are a small foster-based rescue. A foster-based rescue means we do not have a facility where we house animals. Cats and kittens that come to us are placed in foster homes until permanent homes are found. Our main operating area is Concord, NC and surrounding NC areas.
All though we are small and only a foster-based organization we work endlessly to save roughly 30 to 50 cats at any given time and average 22-25 successful adoptions yearly.
When resources and time permits we also work with feral cats, providing TNR, and if possible re-tame and rehome.
Our rescue was formed around 2012 but we did not become officially founded and incorporated until March 19th, 2013 and received our 501 status June 30th, 2014.
Operation Paw Time, Inc is a full volunteer operated organization. We pay no employees of any kind for any reason and 100 percent of donations benefit our mission and efforts. Due to our small size and other qualifying factors, we do not receive any type of grant funding or government assistance, therefore, our organization’s very efforts rely on public support.
We are always desperately seeking fosters, volunteers and donors to help support our efforts.
